Nvidia GeForce 7800 GTX Review

Nvidia has done more, with the latest video card, the GeForce 7800 GTX. If money is not the problem and request the best, this is your video card.

The 7800 GTX, which promises 600 MHz, 256 MB DDR3 memory and 256-bit graphics core clock speed of 430 MHz, is the absolute fastest video card, up to now, money can buy.

Although the clock speeds higher, 7800 uses a single slot cooling solution. This is possible because the processor size20 NM is smaller, but their 8600 first. Also contributing to the cooling of this card is enhanced power management system, which automatically turn off unused parts of the chip.

The 7800GTX is equipped with 24 pixel shader units and 8 vertex shader units. With more than 200 GFLOP of shading ready, Nvidia raises Bar, once again, the video graphics card and performance.

This is all just a videocard, pair them in SLI mode and you have the best video cardthe Case of speed, stability and appearance. One thing to watch, but when running multiple cards in SLI mode, is that unless you are on the line processor, such as FX -55 you can find your video card is waiting for the processor to catch up. In this Case, you may wish to postpone for two cards until you upgrade your processor.
